A Beautiful Wedding Babysitting Experience at Luttrellstown Castle
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of providing wedding babysitting at the stunning Luttrellstown Castle, one of my absolute favourite venues to work in. This time, I was there to look after two sweet little ones — Frances (3) and Louise (5) — while their parents and loved ones celebrated a truly special day.
A Full Day of Care and Fun
My role began in the early afternoon with a full 8-hour babysitting package. I helped Frances and Louise get ready for the wedding, making sure they felt comfortable, calm, and excited to be part of the day. Once dressed and ready, we made our way to the ceremony, where the girls enjoyed the magical atmosphere before heading to the reception.
We spent time between courses and speeches playing around the castle grounds, making the most of the beautiful surroundings. As always, I brought along some of my favourite toys and creative activities, perfect for keeping little hands and minds busy during downtime.
Evening Calm and Nighttime Routine
As the evening rolled in, I transitioned the girls into their nighttime routine—changing into pyjamas, brushing teeth, reading a few cozy bedtime stories, and settling them in for the night.
Once the children are peacefully asleep, I always make sure to stay close and attentive, while also making good use of the quiet time. I usually take the opportunity to edit photos, catch up on messages, or update social media—always working quietly by their side.

As always, Luttrellstown Castle was an amazing place to work, with its fairytale setting and exceptional staff. I’m already looking forward to the next magical event there!
