Welcome to Elisa Babysitting

Hello, my name is Elisa, a passionate childcare professional with a deep curiosity for learning and developing new educational techniques. I have been working in childcare for over 12 years and thanks to my love for my job I decided to start Elisa Babysitting.

Along with managing a busy business, I run a very special and unique home-school in Dublin. I even still babysit myself from time to time as I really enjoy helping families and meeting new people.

My goal is to provide high quality babysitters with a positive and attentive customer service and add all those little extras that make a big difference. This is the idea behind Elisa Babysitting success.

I have a very positive, friendly and caring personality and this is the energy I like to transmit to every family I interact with. This is also the type of people I surround myself with when I select my lovely team.

My Team

I carefully screen each of our babysitters, I also build a long lasting relationship and friendships with each of them. It is a must to work at Elisa Babysitting to be fully childcare qualified and experienced in creches/schools. All their work experience, education, reference and Garda vetting is checked prior their service. Apart of this, all of them have First Aid certification, and many other qualifications as primary or Montessori education, child psychology, etc…

Their personality is very important too; they are positive and upbeat people, coming from a variety of backgrounds, but they all absolutely PASSIONATE about Childcare!

My Background

Over 12 years of experience working with children and families. I worked on different Creches and I was the supervisor in well-known Montessori school in Dublin 4.
