Hello!! a few weeks ago I spent a wonderful day babysitting a lovely 20-month-old girl at the InterContinental Hotel Dublin. While her parents were busy with an event, we were just exploring the beautiful hotel together.
We started our day with a yummy snack. Once we were both full, we explored the hotel’s stunning garden. The weather wasn’t great but we could manage a bit of walk. children had a great time in nature and she loved seeing the rain and a few birds around.
After our garden adventure, we walked through the grand hallways of the hotel. She was fascinated by the hall, and we played a game of “I Spy,” which she loved. Her giggles echoed through the halls as she found different objects and colours.
When lunchtime came, we went back to the room for a quick meal. After eating, she took a cosy nap to recharge for the rest of the day.
In the afternoon, we headed outside again, this time to the hotel grounds. She had a blast walking around and chatting with all the workers at the reception. As the day ended, we returned to the room for some quiet time with her favourite storybooks and toys.
Babysitting this sweet little girl at the InterContinental Hotel Dublin was a delightful experience. The day was filled with laughter, exploration, and precious moments that I’ll always treasure.
